Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We get it — sometimes a piece just isn’t quite right.
Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges at Dee Milo:

 

We accept returns for:

- Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- For store credit only — no refunds, unless required by law

We do not accept returns on:

- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- If the item shows signs of wear

​

Faulty item?

We stand by our pieces. If something arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it — replace, or refund in line with Aussie consumer rights.

 

How to start a return:

Flick us an email at dee@deemilo.com.au with your order number and a quick note. We’ll guide you from there.

Important to know:

- Return postage is at the customer’s cost
- We currently ship and accept returns within Australia only
- No in-person returns or exchanges — we’re online-only, baby

We ship exclusively within Australia — no international drama, just local love.

Flat Rate Shipping:
All orders ship for a flat rate of $12.00 Australia-wide.

 

How long will it take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days, then sent via Australia Post.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

 

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is on the move, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it — no guessing games here.
